Accommodation comprises of a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer, gas hob and cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A coffee machine, kettle, toaster, water filter jug and slow cooker are also provided as well as all cooking, glassware and dining items.

The Kitchen is stocked with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. We also provide some cooking oil, salt, pepper and vinegar, tin foil, cling film and baking paper. 

Cleaning products are on hand so you don't have to bring them from home. Washing up liquid, kitchen spray, dishwasher tablets and some clothes washing pods - sponges, cloths, etc. all provided for you to use. 

The living area has a smart TV with DVD player, bluetooth music system and electric fire, with patio door access outside. The corner sofa is a double sofa bed with bedding available to sleep 2.

The Master bedroom has a double sized bed, all linen provided with ensuite toilet, walk in wardrobe, hairdryer and Smart TV. 

The Twin bedroom has two single beds, linen provided with a fitted wardrobe and storage cupboards plus a TV-DVD combi.

The main shower room has a large mixer tap shower cubicle. 

Laundry, ironing and cleaning equipment are provided.

The caravan is double glazed throughout with gas central heating. 

The outside area presents a dining area seating for up to 6, BBQ and bistro seating area.

Parking bays available close by. Located on a grass pitch in the central area of the park.

Bed linen, tea towels and hand towels are included but main bath towels are not included. 

Strictly no smoking/vaping inside the caravan.
